The 2008 NAIA Preseason football poll has been released and the University of Sioux Falls Cougars are #2 in the rankings.  Last year the Cougars were 13-1, falling to Carroll College of Montana in the 2007 NAIA National Championship.  The loss snapped USF’s 27-game winning streak.  Carroll College grabbed the #1 spot in the preseason polls.  2 other Great Plains Athletic Conference members made the top 25.  Morningside College is #7, and the Red Raiders of Northwestern are ranked #13.
